Bermuda Microsystems recognizes that remote "managed" IT services works well for some companies that need to outsource. By leveraging our many years of IT experience, we can help reduce the cost of maintaining the IT infrastructure. By removing system management, server patching and security responsibilities from your IT staff, they can focus more on strategy. This alleviates them from the daily tasks required to keep the environment stable.

If required we can proactively manage your IT helpdesk or server/SAN environment. We use tools and methodologies remove much of the time consuming manual labour based efforts from local I.T. staff, ensuring strategic and customer facing activities are allocated more time, providing a better end user experience to the business users and a more cost effective I.T. management approach to BMG.

We provide our customers with year round 24-hour remote management of their IT infrastructure. That management includes:
