Our relationship with Dell is unique, and involved three parts. As a Sales operation, we have been Dell’s ONLY authorised partner – despite what some other IT retailers may claim here in Bermuda – for eighteen years. We offer the full range of available Dell products from PDAs, through notebooks and desktops to complex server configurations.

As the only authorised service operation, we provide all of Dell’s warranty obligations, regardless from whom you purchased your system.

As the logistics partner, we’re responsible for managing and maintaining Dell’s on-island inventory of some $0.7M worth of spare parts.
