Business Policies

Any agreement for the purchase of goods and/or services from Bermuda Microsystems Group ("BMG") shall be governed by and is made subject to these Business Policies and the Returns Policies stated below (collectively, the "Policies"). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Typographical, product description, pricing and other errors are subject to correction, even after orders and/or payment are accepted. BMG does not guarantee product compatibility. Not all products are eligible for return. Carefully review all return policies (below) before making your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

This site is intended for Bermuda residents or Bermuda-based businesses. The products and services offered are not available to persons outside of Bermuda.

Governing Law

Any purchase of goods from BMG shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bermuda.

Limitation of Remedy

IN NO EVENT SHALL BMG BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR THE FAILURE OF SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO PERFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY PURSUANT TO WHICH SUCH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT. BMG is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a third party.

While BMG makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its data, this Web site could include typographical errors and/or technical inaccuracies. BMG reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to such data and/or this Web site at any time. BMG makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the data on this Web site or the accuracy of advice given by BMG employees, whether or not such advice is made in writing.

Payment Policies

Visa and MasterCard are accepted as payment options. For qualified businesses, Purchase Orders are also accepted. For all orders, shipping charges are included in the prices listed in the BMG Store.

Return Policy
  1. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  2. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization by our sales department.
  3. Please note below any and all additional returns conditions applicable to your return.

Additional returns conditions applicable to all software:

  1. Opened software is not returnable to BMG.
  2. Unopened software may be returned to BMG for refund or exchange within 15 days of invoice date with no restocking fee.
  3. Multiple software licenses (MLP's, MOLP's, MSOL's, etc.) cannot be returned for exchange, refund or credit unless first authorized by the vendor.

Additional returns conditions applicable to all hardware products that are not specifically addressed below:

  1. Product that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned to BMG within 15 days from invoice date for a refund or exchange.
  2. Product that has been opened may be returned to BMG within 15 days of invoice date, although such returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Any missing or damaged products, components or accompanying items will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee, at BMG's discretion.
  3. Product that is DOA (dead on arrival) or defective may be returned to BMG for refund or exchange within 15 days of invoice date with no restocking fee.
